A strategic joint venture between Telekom Malaysia (TM) and Singtel’s regional data centre arm, Nxera, TM Nxera combines TM’s nationwide infrastructure and extensive edge computing capabilities with Nxera’s global hyperscale expertise to deliver cutting-edge, future-ready infrastructure. Purpose-built to meet the accelerating demands of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing and fast-growing digital economies, our upcoming hyperscale campus in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, will leverage its strategic location, hyperconnectivity and scalable design, offering up to 280MW of capacity at full deployment to address these evolving needs.

Strategically positioned in the heart of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), our campus is just 17 kilometres from Singapore and about a 25-minute drive from the Tuas Checkpoint. This prime location establishes TM Nxera as a natural gateway for cross-border digital integration, with highly accessible low latency and highly resilient connectivity to Singapore and global markets. 

The site was carefully selected to mitigate flooding risks and avoid industrial hazards, while remaining highly accessible via major highways and close to essential amenities—ensuring convenience and safety for both our customers and staff.
